Wore this just this Sunday, and I must say, it’s one of my favorite outfits! I have nothing much to say, so what follows are the outfit deets:

First of all, I’m not going to say that this post will mark my ‘comeback’ as a blogger, because I don’t think I can live up to my words. Pardon me, but I think I’ve been prioritizing my studies and the time I have left with my classmates now that there are only 3 months left before I finally graduate. *sobs* I still don’t want to graduate.

Anyway, enough with the disturbing sobbing. I wore this ensemble just this November 24 to a childhood friend (who doesn’t even remember me anymore)’s debut. I know wearing black is a bit inappropriate, especially since we’re Chinese, but I still pushed through with this black one-sided mullet dress, because it’s the only ‘long’ dress (from MANGO) I had that time that could pass as a ‘long evening dress’. Ouch, I know.

And since I didn’t abide by the rules, I chose this bag from CELINE for the whole look, to add a bit of color.

My uhmmmmm, ok pose. Please don’t mind me.

Did it work? Did it work? *poses* lols. I want your opinions, real ones. Please? Because I felt ‘stunning’ that night, and according to my friends, the whole look is to love! Also, does black look good on me?

Shoesies are also from Mango. They were oh-so-pretty but oh-so-painful at times, but of course, I managed very well. *tiis ganda*

And since I’m not just a blogger, I got tired. I’m human, too, but mostly I’m a mermaid. (oh my I’m so weird) Oh, and btw, please excuse my blurry photos. Anyway, guys, I have not much to tell anymore, so I’m going to let the photos do all the talking.

Tonight, I will be sharing with you yet another goodies post, and I do hope that you haven’t gotten old with this routine of mine yet, because I had so much fun taking photos of these lovely items I’ve acquired this month. So let’s start, shan’t we? Above is my favorite photograph for this whole post because I love how it sums up all the girliness in me! *wink wink*

Little Black Dress

Hello, hello, I am back, for the mean time! Till when? I don’t know, but boy, do I miss blogging! Oh, fret not, I will do my duties well, just prioritizing my studies as of the moment, living life as it should be, making good friends, and relaxing, when I get the chance, of course!

So, enough chit-chat, and let me tell you about this outfit of mine. I wore this to a night that I will always remember. A night when I was given the opportunity to watch one of the most famous plays of all time, The Phantom of the Opera , in CCP’s Main Theater, four rows from the stage itself.

Knowing that the required outfit was ‘semi-formal’, I planned what I was going to wear 5 days before the day I was to watch the play. I chose a classic from my wardrobe, my polka-dotted dress, and asked to borrow one of my mom’s classics, which you would later on know more about.

Dress? Check. Of course, a girl can not go out without accessorizing, but for this look, I let my shoes and my dress do the talking, so I opted for something minimal, and between my chunky necklace (which I wore in one of my previous posts) and this pretty little necklace, I chose this one, simply because it looks classier and daintier. Or am I the only one who thinks that this necklace is the perfect match for this dress?

Probably the best whole body shot I’ve got for this set, my brother’s hands were shaky! Oh, and by the way, what do you think about my new look? Drop me a line, wont you?

So, I guess, it’s time to talk about my mom’s classic piece! It’s this wonderful pair of CHANEL shoes that I got to borrow! How lovely, right? I really think this pair is the focal point in this outfit of mine!

Lovely, lovely, too lovely for words, and classy, too, but to be honest, this beautiful piece of jewelry reminds me a lot of the chairs I saw in Guangzhou, with almost all of their fabrics being so ‘renaissance-sy’.

I thought twice before buying this, I’m not sure why, but I guess it’s meant for me? Because it reminds me a lot of myself, I guess? But hey, what’s great about this girly piece is that it can also function as a bracelet! Perfect for my succeeding arm parties.

To take a break from all the girly-ness, spotlight on this edgy piece from OASAP! I love this for all the edginess it protrudes, and for the feeling of being an instant zebra! Plus, it may look heavy at first, but when it is actually in your hands, you’d know that it isn’t! It can also be folded, that’s why it’d be the perfect accessory to bring when you travel.

And finally, we’re back to being so girly with all the flowery stuff! How lovely! Now, are you thinking what I’m thinking? FLOWER POWER!!! I guess I’m currently inlove with anything floral (except floral-patterned clothes of course, since I’m more of a basic clothing-lover kind of person), so if you do find anything floral that matches my clothing personality just right, let me know!

Oh, rosettes are so in! I love the hue of this little rosette, just the right kind of peach. Plus gold looks extravagantly nice when paired with peach. Agree or agree? *wink wink*

And last but not the least, this little flower crown kind of ring I just got a while ago for a very reasonable price! They also had this in pink and black, but I guess white serves my taste best, thus the choice of color.

So, I guess that’s all!

This will be my one and only post for this week and for the first three days of next week for tomorrow starts my Chinese periodical exams, on Sunday I will be taking the UPCAT (omg I haven’t reviewed for it yet), and for the first three days of next week, I’ll be having my English periodical exams (oh the stress), so if you’re kind enough, please bear with me. ;)

Anyway, I wore this to my little battle this Sunday. I braved the crowded area I was in : SM HYPERMARKET AND FOREVER 21 IN MOA. I know it’s an odd outfit, but considering it was raining sooooo hard, I went out wearing this pretty studded blazer of mine. I know I was a tad bit overdressed…but IDK really. Send me your thoughts?

I was supposed to buy some celery for our Deviled Eggs this Monday, but I was sneaky sneaky, so I went to the newly opened FOREVER 21. OMG, it was my first time so it was really overwhelming, and for that, I ended up buying a chunky necklace with pretty gems. Wanna see a clearer view of it? I kind of wore it right away.

And since it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hot, despite the heavy downpour of rain, I decided to tie my hair up, only was it too late. Whatcha think about my new spikey ponytail holder? Isn’t it a wonder?
